Mustafa Badreddine is the third senior Hezbollah commander of the first generation of Hezbollah cadres to be killed in the last decade. Imad Mughniyeh was killed with a car bomb in Damascus in 2008. Hassan Laqqis was shot outside his apartment in Beirut in 2013. What these three figures have in common is their involvement in the 1983 Marine barracks bombing in Beirut. In other words, if Israel is indeed behind Badreddine’s death, it will have killed three senior Hezbollah leaders (with a Bush administration CIA assist in the Mughniyeh kill) involved in the murder of 241 Americans killed in Beirut on October 23, 1983. The Obama administration, on the other hand, is realigning American regional interests with the Iranian regime responsible for those attacks.

“Venezuela’s formula — restrictions on trade, deep and broad political intervention in the private market, price-fixing, undermining the profitability of private firms in the name of job-creation, nationalism, and social solidarity — is, we should note, the basic economic program of Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders. It is the economic agenda of the Elizabeth Warren wing of the Democratic party and the Pat Buchanan wing — what we now, lamentably, must call the Jeff Sessions wing — of the Republican party.”

Jewish journalist writes unvarnished profile of Melania Trump.
Melania Trump’s fans respond to Jewish journalist with anti-Semitic slurs and images of Jews being executed.
Melania Trump’s response: Those people “maybe” went too far but “she provoked them.” The Jews had it coming is a pretty compelling argument from the potential next first lady. No, really. Piss off with your unity nonsense. This family is repulsive, and people of good conscience are duty-bound to dissent.
